PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating discharge cassette which is adapted to medicaments of largely different widths and performs highly smooth vibrating discharge. SOLUTION: The vibrating discharge cassette 10 is equipped with: outer plates 11-13 for aligning and housing PTP packaged medicaments or medicaments equivalent to them; an upper frame 17 for stopping the stored medicaments from falling forward at the upper part of the opened front face of the outer plates; an inner plate 16, on which the stored medicaments are mounted, for advancing the medicaments when vibrated; and a vibration member 22 for vibrating the inner plate, and successively discharges the medicaments by vibrations, wherein a right width narrowing member 14 is mounted on the right side plate 12 of the outer plates, a left width narrowing member 15 is mounted on the left side plate 13 of the outer plates, and heights of the right width narrowing member 14 and the left width narrowing member 15 are made different.
