The method involves attaching a flushing water tank (6) over a flushing agent pump at a beginning of sections of a sewer pipe (1), and pressing a cleaning body (13) through the pipe. The flushing agent is arrived in a collecting tank (3) at an end of the pipe. Toilets bowls (2a-2c) are attached to the sections of the pipe and are sealed with exceptions of the bowl (2a). A flushing agent-supply is carried out by a flushing agent-supply tube (4) and the flushing agent is returned into the tank after flowing through the pipe, so that the agent is circulated in a closed circular flow. An independent claim is also included for a device for cleaning sewer pipes i.e. toilet drains, in an aircraft.
