A rear view device with GPS for vehicle comprises a GPS receiver module (3), a display (5), at least one wireless camera (1), a wireless receiver module (2) and switching circuit (4). The wireless receiver module (2) receives wireless signal from the wireless camera (1). The display (5) can receive and display signals from the GPS receiver module (3) and the wireless receiver module (2). The display (5) can select to receive and display signal from the GPS receiver module (3) or signal from the wireless receiver module (2) by the switching circuit (4). The rear view device with GPS for vehicle according to the invention has high integration degree, multifunction, convenient installation and maintenance.
