A feeding system includes a frame, an elevator platform, a delivery tray, a stripper assembly, and a control system. The elevator platform is vertically movable with respect to the frame and is configured to support a stack of product. The delivery tray has an upper surface and is pivotally attached to the frame. The stripper assembly comprises a pick and a track. The track extends from a first end to a second end. The pick is configured to move with respect to the track and is adjustable with respect to the track. In moving from the first end toward the second end, the pick is configured to selectively move a predetermined amount of product from a stack of product on the elevator platform onto the upper surface of the delivery tray. The control system is configured to coordinate operation of the elevator platform, the delivery tray, and the stripper assembly.
