A compact multi-function switchgear is provided to minimize an accident due to aging of cables and to reduce a cost for periodically replacing the cables by removing the cables for connecting a gas insulating load breaker switchgear panel, a vacuum circuit breaker panel, and a voltage transformer panel. A compact multi-function switchgear includes a first load breaker switchgear, a second load breaker switchgear, a power fuse integrated voltage transformer(360), a third load breaker switchgear(316), vacuum circuit breakers(318), arresters(320), and CTs(Current Transformers)(322). The second load breaker switchgear operates in an error of the first load breaker switchgear. The power fuse integrated voltage transformer is connected to the first and second load breaker switchgears. The third load breaker switchgear protects a panel of an external device through switching a power line in arrangement with the panel of the external device. The vacuum circuit breakers are connected to a secondary side of the third load breaker switchgear and interrupt an arc product in a vacuum. The arresters are connected to secondary sides of the vacuum circuit breakers and protect the transformer against switch impact surge of the vacuum circuit breakers. The CTs are connected to secondary sides of the vacuum circuit breakers.
