<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for planning a user's schedule in consideration of various matters related to activity patterns and activities of the user and presenting a route according to the planned schedule. <P>SOLUTION: The device for generating the schedule and route includes: an information collecting section for analyzing input information and extracting work to be added to a first schedule; a pattern recognizing section for extracting an activity pattern of the user with reference to the past moving route and past work information; and a generating section for generating a second schedule by applying the activity pattern to at least one work included in the first schedule and to the extracted work, generating a first moving route between work places where work is carried out with reference to the position information and time information of each work included in the second schedule, generating a third schedule, to which separate work is added, with reference to a required moving time between the work places and actually required time to carry out the work, and generating a second moving route for carrying out the work included in the third schedule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
