PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the destruction of a terminal member and to increase the strength of a body integrated with a resin, when the terminal member is insert-molded in a housing wherein a light source accommodation casing part and a coupler part are formed to cross rectangularly. SOLUTION: The light source accommodation casing part 4a of the housing 4 constituting a lamp 1 and the coupler part 4b are formed in the cylinder axis direction to cross rectangularly. In order to insert-mold an L-shaped connection terminal 3 formed in this part, first to third strike pieces 8a, 8b, and 8c formed in the second mold 8 are inserted into first to third clearances S1, S2, and S3 formed between a valve support piece 3a and side pieces 3b, 3c, 3d, and 3e formed in the connection terminal 3, and the third strike piece 8c is injected while the front end surface 8f is made to approach/oppose the bottom side piece 3e.
