PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device improved in airtightness of a furnace. SOLUTION: This heating device has a furnace main body composed of an upper housing and a lower housing 1B, and performs heating treatment in the furnace while conveying a heated object by a conveying means. The lower housing 1B is not restrained to a supporting frame 17 in the conveying direction of the conveying means. A supporting hole 20 of the supporting frame 17 to which a fixed bolt 19 fixed to a side face of the lower housing 1B is inserted, and a through hole 23 of the supporting frame 17 to which a supporting piece 24 projecting from the side face of the lower housing 1B to a side part is inserted, are slots long in the conveying direction of the conveying means.
