PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film not only excellent in flexibility and transparency required for a wrap film, stretch film or bag body, but also excellent in heat-sealing property, also stretchability, film-forming stability and blow-moldability in an inflation film-forming method, and also suppressed with the bleed out of plasticizer and change of film characteristics over time. SOLUTION: This polyester film is provided by consisting of 50-95 mass% polylactic acid resin, 4 to 49 mass% plasticizer and 0.1 to 5 mass% polyfunctional compound based on 100 mass% total of the polylactic acid resin, plasticizer and polyfunctional compound, and having 0.1 to 1.5 GPa tensile elastic modulus.
