A vector which is for producing a kf-1 gene-knockout nonhuman animal exhibiting anxiety-like behavior and contains Lox-pM-M-kf-1[in3b]-kf-1[ex4a]-LoxP (wherein M represents a selection marker gene, pM represents a promoter for expressing the marker gene, kf-1[in3b] represents a nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 2 in the sequence listing, and kf-1[ex4a] represents a nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 3 in the sequence listing); a kf-1 gene-knockout nonhuman animal exhibiting anxiety-like behavior produced by using the vector or an offspring thereof; and a method of using the same.
