The applicator (10) has a grip part (11), which is connected with a brush (13) e.g. wired brush, over a carrier part (12), where the brush is held exchangeable to the carrier part. The brush has a protruding attachment piece (14), with which the brush is fixed to the carrier part in a detachable manner. The brush is insertable with the attachment piece into a retainer of the carrier part. The brush has a handle-like core, which axially protrudes over bristle field that is formed by fingers (15) that are distributed over an outer circumference.
