摘要 A fine particle classifier is provided to facilitate separation work by floating fine particles in the air by using the ultrasonic wave and a rotary motion and then separating and collecting the fine particles according to the size through a separating filter. In a fine particle classifier, a tank housing(21) has an inner space and pipes installed at both sides of an upper part opposite to each other. The upper part of the housing is opened to receive un-classified particles. An ultrasonic wave generating unit(20a) is installed at the outer lower part of the tank housing to disperse and float fine particles by generating the ultrasonic wave, and connected to a main control unit(28). A chamber unit(24) is mounted on the outer side of the tank housing to transmit the ultrasonic wave generated from the ultrasonic wave generating unit, to the inside of the tank housing. A rotation generating unit(20b) is installed inside farther than the ultrasonic wave generating unit mounted on the lower part of the tank housing and connected to the main control unit to float the un-classified particles by generating rotating power. Duct valves(21-1,21-2) are installed at a pipe disposed at the upper part of the tank housing to control the supply and exhaust of the gas sucked into the tank housing. A cyclone unit(25) is connected to the tank housing to collect the floating fine particles by the flow of an air current. The main control unit is connected to the ultrasonic wave generating unit and the rotation generating unit to control the intensity of the ultrasonic wave and attached with a timer.
