<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of restraining itself from freezing due to moisture contained in fuel offgas, and further, capable of easily arranging auxiliary machines or the like in a fuel offgas circulation channel. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a fuel gas supply channel 61 supplying fuel gas, a fuel cell 1 made by fixing to an end plate 9a a stack main body 3 generating power by electrochemical reaction of the fuel gas supplied to an inner manifold 21 from the fuel gas supply channel 61 with oxidizing gas, and a fuel offgas circulation channel 69 sending the fuel offgas exhausted from the stack main body 3 back to the fuel gas supply channel 61.
