<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for controlling a pushbutton action, which prevents a clothing from being stained with ink by extending a refill from the tip of a barrel shaft due to the erroneous depression of a pushbutton part under the state as being inserted during the insertedly carrying a retractable ballpoint pen with a clip in the pocket of a clothing such as a shirt or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A claw with a certain size is provided in a pushbutton depressing part. In addition, on the inner surface contacting with the pushbutton depressing part of a clip, grooves, through which the claw with a certain size provided in the pushbutton depressing part passes, are provided at fixed space intervals. A pushbutton depressible state and a pushbutton non-depressible state are produced intermittently by setting the interval into an equi-distant stoppage to a grooved portion and to a non-grooved portion through the rotation of the clip to a certain direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
