<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing utensil with a clip, the clip of which can be easily opened by being pinched at the pinched of a material to be pinched at the unfastening off the material to be pinched. <P>SOLUTION: In this writing utensil with the clip, the clip comprises a forward part ranging from its tip to its supporting part and a backward part behind the supporting part.
