<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure a radio wave propagation state in a specified area so as to optimize radio parameters of a base station which is already installed or planned to be newly installed. <P>SOLUTION: The base station device has a means of analyzing report contents of report signals received from one or more user devices UE, a means of adjusting radio parameters according to the analysis result, a means of specifying report conditions for deciding whether or not a report signal should be transmitted by each UE and contents to be reported, and a means of reporting the report conditions and the content to be reported to one or more UEs. The report conditions are met when a transmission source of a down reference signal is the specified cell specified by the base station device, and the content to be reported includes reception quantity of the down reference signal. The UEs disposed in various areas take measurements about the specified cell and report measurement results to the base station, so a vehicle for radio wave measurement need not be sent to measure a radio wave propagation state in the specified area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
