<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified extraction instrument, directly mounted on a container mouth to extract and dispense a medical solution in the container directly from the container. <P>SOLUTION: This simplified extraction instrument is fittable to a mouth of the container, and includes: a hub: a cylindrical insert part formed at the lower surface of the hub; a puncture needle provided at the upper end of the hub and having a liquid passage communicated with the insert part; and a holding part formed at the lower surface of the hub to surround the insert part.
