<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular power supply unit whose high reliability can be obtained by suppressing an overcurrent from an electricity-storing portion. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicular power supply unit is made up of a main power source 5, the electricity-storing device 1 which is connected to the main power source 5 to store the electric power of the main power source 5, and a load 7 connected to the electricity-storing device 1. The electricity-storing device 1 supplies electric power to the load 7 from the electricity-storing portion 13 built in the electricity-storing device 1 when a voltage (Vb) of the main power source 5 becomes a threshold value or lower. In this vehicular power supply unit, the electricity-storing device 1 is configured to stop the discharge from the electricity-storing portion 13, if the voltage fluctuation amount of the electricity-storing portion 13 is larger than a predetermined value at the time when electric power is supplied from the electricity-storing portion 13 to the load 7. Since this structure suppresses the overcurrent from the electricity-storing portion 13, highly reliable vehicular power supply unit can be realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
