PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin operation input device having high magnetic sensitivity characteristics. SOLUTION: This operation input device is composed of a base 10, a printed board 20 on the upper surface of which a plurality of push button switches and magnetic field detecting elements are mounted and which is pasted to and integrated with the upper surface of the base 10, an operating tool 60 in which a ring-shaped blade spring 61 and the pedestal part 65 are integrated, a mounting part 62 extended downward from the peripheral fringe part of the ring-shaped blade spring 61 is fixed to the upper surface of the peripheral fringe part of the base 10, and thereby, a pressing protrusion 67d protrusively provided on the lower surface of a pedestal part 65 is operably brought into pressure contact with the push button switch of the printed board 20, and an operation dial 80 assembled to the lower surface of a ring-shaped magnet 75 in which an N pole and an S pole are alternately disposed, and rotatably assembled to the upper surface of the pedestal part 65.
