PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image quality deterioration under predetermined conditions such as a video recording state. SOLUTION: This receiver 7 is brought into a single receiving state in the case that the quality of an input signal is equal with or higher than a predetermined level as a result of determination by a reception quality determination unit 13, and brought into a diversity receiving state in the case that the quality of the input signal is lower than the predetermined level, and is configured to be brought into the diversity receiving state even in the case that the quality of the input signal is equal with or higher than the predetermined level during a video recording state. Thus, even if the quality of the input signal is equal with or higher than the predetermined level, during the video recording state, the receiver is prevented from being brought into the single receiving state, thereby preventing the image quality deterioration of the receiver 7 in switching from the single receiving state to the diversity receiving state.
