PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which can be utilized as an electrode of which light transmission characteristics are improved in a transparent electrode using silver thin film. SOLUTION: This transparent conductive film laminate includes a substrate, an underlying layer installed on the substrate and made of metal except silver, and the silver thin film layer installed on the underlying layer and composed of silver or silver alloy, and film thickness of the underlying layer is thinner than that of the silver thin film layer. This relates to an organic EL element using this transparent conductive film laminate as the electrode.
