摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample concentration detecting method, detector and program capable of preventing an influence of a fluorescence intensity fluctuation factor not depending on the sample concentration. SOLUTION: Theoretical fluorescent brightness value data C (Xn, Yn) of all the photographed places are theoretically computed by a theoretical calibration curve between reflected excitation light brightness data E (Xn, Yn) and fluorescence brightness, based on a relation between the brightness value obtained from a CCD camera 50 and a position of an excitation light reflecting part (S24). Then, an image brightness value of fluorescence is acquired by a fluorescent CCD camera 70 (S26). A comparison correction arithmetic means 85 obtains an actual brightness value data of the fluorescence from the CCD camera 70, to be compared with the theoretical fluorescent brightness value data C (Xn, Yn) of all the photographed places transmitted from a theoretical brightness value computing means 84, corrects the actual brightness value data of the fluorescence, based on a comparison result therein, and computes oxygen gas concentration data O (Xn, Yn) in all the photographed places (S30), based on the corrected fluorescence brightness value data L (Xn, Yn).
