摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamical characteristic measuring system capable of quantitatively measuring the dynamical characteristics of blood cells, especially red corpuscles with good reproducibility even if a high speed camera or a high viscosity solvent is not used. SOLUTION: The system has a first flat plate 1 at least a part of which is transparent, the second flat plate 2 arranged in parallel to the first flat plate so as to leave a gap, the sample 3 containing blood cells arranged to the gap between the first and second flat plates, a flat plate vibrating means for parallely vibrating at least one of the first and second flat plates in order to apply cyclic shearing stress load to the blood cells in the sample, a light irradiation means 4 for irradiating the sample with light, a light detection means 5 for detecting the transmitted light, reflected light or scattered light from the sample and a signal analyzing means for analyzing the signal from the light detection means to calculate the dynamical characteristics of the blood cells. The signal analyzing means has a means for subjecting the signal from the light detection means to frequency analysis and the dynamical characteristics of the blood cells are calculated from at least one of the frequency data and phase data obtained by the frequency analysis.
