PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which is excellent in appealing property in a shop window and is also easily unsealed or re-sealed. SOLUTION: The packaging box is equipped with a top plate 1, a back plate 2, a bottom plate 3, a front plate 4 and side plates 5, and a cutting line is formed backward from a forward part of the top plate 1 along side parts, a lid 8 is formed on its inner side, and the lid 8 is opened as the top plate is cut along the cutting line 8b. Forwardly projecting leg parts 7 are continuously provided on the top plate 1 and the front plate 4, the leg parts 7 are overlapped each other, a fore end side of the lid is formed by the cutting line 8a formed in the leg parts 7 of the top plate 1, a resealing locking piece 10 projecting to the lid 8 side by a cutting line 9 formed in the leg parts 7 of the front plate 4 is formed, and the packaging box can be supported and displayed in an inclined state by the leg parts 7 while the top plate 1 is directed to the front side.
