PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily arrange a plurality of filament bodies such as electric wires in the center of a rotating drum by a simple structure without fluctuation regardless of the size of the diameter of the filament bodies. SOLUTION: In this filament body converging mechanism 18, the plurality of filament bodies 33 is inserted to inside of a notch part 8 of the rotating drum 6 and converged together with an adhesive tape 17, and a band 25 for elastically supporting the filament bodies 33 on the bent face is provided inside the notch part 8. The band 25 itself has elasticity. The band 25 is fixed to a slider 21.
