PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for storing constituted of two sheets of synthetic resin-made members in which the two sheets of the synthetic resin-made members can be easily fitted to each other, and a labor during the manufacture can be omitted. SOLUTION: The tray 30 for storing has a synthetic resin-made upper material 34 having a storing recessed part 32 for storing an object to be stored, and a synthetic resin-made lower material 36 mounted on a underside of the upper material 34. An outwardly projecting flange part 40 is formed on either one of outer peripheral edge parts of the upper material 34 and the lower material 36, and a peripheral wall part 42 extending so as to cover a fore end part 40a of the flange part 40 is formed on the other outer peripheral edge of the upper material 34 or the lower material 36. An inwardly projecting locking part 44 is formed on an inner wall of the peripheral wall part 42, and when the upper material 34 and the lower material 36 are fitted, the peripheral wall part 42 is elastically deformed, and the flange part 40 rides over the locking part 44 and is locked to the locking part 44.
