PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of a vehicle drive device capable of avoiding any interference of a tie rod with a driving motor and any interference of the tie rod with a wheel, respectively, enhancing the degree of versatility of the arrangement of the tie rod and the driving motor, and miniaturizing a vehicle body. SOLUTION: In a vehicle in which a driving motor M capable of a driving a wheel 27 is arranged in a wheel 31 of the steerable wheel 27, a tie rod 26 for steering the wheel 27 by connecting one end 26H to the wheel 31 and operating it in the vehicle width direction is arranged in the vehicle width direction, and the tie rod 26 has a curved part 26a which is curved so as to avoid any interference with the driving motor M and a wheel inner edge 31 when the tie rod is operated in the vehicle width direction during steering operation.
