PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local cooling system for an automobile capable of timely and efficiently easing uncomfortable feeing about temperature received by a user immediately after the user gets on the automobile. SOLUTION: Under a condition that a present scene is specified as a getting-on scene wherein the user gets on the automobile and is seated in a seat, the local cooling device 10 locally cooling a predetermined high body temperature portion of the user seated on the seat 1 is operated.
