PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain deformation of a main spindle by keeping a bearing clearance between static pressure radial bearings which rotatably support the main spindle constant all the time by using a constant pressure ratio flow regurating valve, and to improve processing accuracy by accurately supporting the roll. SOLUTION: The constant pressure ratio flow regulating valve 17 is provided on at least one hydraulic oil supply circuit 16 in static pressure pockets 12A, 12B, 13A, 13B, 14A, 14B, 15A, 15B, which are located at positions on which the load of the roll R works, among the static pressure pockets of the static pressure radial bearings 12, 13, 14, 15 of the main spindles 10, 11 supporting both ends of the roll R, thus keeping the bearing clearance constant.
