PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector arrangement which more facilitates clinical work than prior arts. SOLUTION: The X-ray detector arrangement comprises a detector (1) and an anti-scatter grid (6), the anti-scatter grid being arranged to guide the X-rays in a desired way. The arrangement further comprises a flat box (2) having two flat surfaces (3, 4) spaced from a distance to each other, and edge elements (5) with which the flat surfaces (3, 4) are connected to each other. The anti-scatter grid (6) is integrated to one flat surface (3, 4) of the flat box (2), and the flat box (2) is provided with a slot (7) at least on one edge of the box (2) to enable insertion of the detector (1) between the two flat surfaces (3, 4) of the box (2).
