CARBON FILLED PRESSURIZED CONTAINER AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME

A container (10) for releasable pressurized gas or other active ingredient is provided. The container (10) is packed with activated carbon loaded with adsorbed propel lant. The container (10) provides a replacement for the hydrocarbon or hydrof lorocarbon propellants currently used in aerosols, dusters and foghorns. A method for making such a replacement system is also provided.
