The collector (2a) has a screen stretched by a control rope (4) by a flow (5) e.g. wind flow, such that the shield produces a maximum flow resistance. A sphere-shaped buoyancy body (6) is integrated in the shield for converting operating cycles of the screen by pulling the body at a turning point for a flow enhancing bead-shaped form for a return process. The body is moved into the screen in another turning point using the flow for increasing a working surface and a power. A rotating hinge (3) ensures rotational movement of the screen on the rope to remain same.
