<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve anti-oxidation property in a polymer electrolyte film using polymer electrolyte and the polymer electrolyte composite film, to suppress deterioration in output of a fuel cell using the polymer electrolyte film and the polymer electrolyte composite film and to suppress deterioration in proton conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: A layer containing antioxidants and a layer not containing antioxidants are formed in the polymer electrolyte film and the polymer electrolyte composite film. Then, by making a cathode electrode in the layer containing the antioxidants, deterioration in output of the fuel cell is suppressed and deterioration in proton conductivity is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
