<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery capable of improving initial charge/discharge efficiency and cycle characteristics, and improving swelling characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A negative electrode active material 14B of a negative electrode 14 contains the negative electrode active material capable of storing and releasing lithium which is an electrode reacting material, and tri carboimide such as tri allyl isocyanurate, and the content of that tricarboimide is 9 wt.% or less against the negative electrode active material. Compared with cases that the negative electrode 14 does not contain tricarboimide, or that the content is not within the above described range even if it does, the initial charge/discharge efficiency is improved, and also in the case charge and discharge are repeated, discharge capacity is hardly reduced and the battery is hardly swollen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
