<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution by dispensing with a position detecting sensor or a feedback control circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The topside of a T-shaped elastic body 1 (figure 1) includes a piezoelectric substance 2 provided thereon, and the lower projection includes piezoelectric substances 3 and 4. Inductance elements 10 and 11 generate applied AC voltage PC which has a first phase, and apply it to the piezoelectric substance 2. Moreover, magnetic coils 5-8 generates two applied voltages PA and PB which have second phases different from the first phase and where the direction of the increase and decrease of amplitude changes, according to the change of the relative positional relation between a plate 9 and the elastic body.
