BEVERAGE EXTRACTING DEVICE AND BEVERAGE FEEDING APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extracting device capable of making the control in providing a beverage and in rinsing a container common, thereby capable of easily and inexpensively adding a rinsing function.

SOLUTION: The beverage extracting device includes material feeding means 3 and water feeding means 4 for feeding a material and water to an extraction container 23; opening/closing means 111 for opening/closing a supply port of the extraction container 23; first air feeding means 124 for feeding air to the extraction container 23 and agitating the material and water when the beverage is provided; second air feeding means 124 for feeding air to the extraction container 23 after that while the supply port is closed to carry out the beverage; and a control means 7 for controlling the material feeding means 3, the water feeding means 4, the opening/closing means 111 and the first and second air feeding means 124. The control means 7 rinses the extraction container 23 by stopping feeding of the material by the material feeding means 3 and controlling the water feeding means 4, the opening/closing means 111 and the first and second air feeding means 124 in the same way as in providing the beverage.
