<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator structure capable of easily maintaining a shape of a plurality of winding parts and wires before installing the plurality of winding parts and the wires. <P>SOLUTION: In a window regulator 10, before being installed on an inner panel of a side door, the wire 24 between a motor part 20 and a lower shoe part 42 and the wire 24 between the motor part 20 and an upper pulley part 48, are held in respective holding holes 64 of an erected plate 60 of a lower pulley part 54.
