<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device for a vehicle capable of preventing the generation of low-grade noise without increasing cost or degrading installing performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the airbag device for the vehicle, an airbag module 4 is arranged in a non-contact state between front and rear fitting legs 19 which are protruded in a substantially downward direction from the lower surface side of a door member 16. Hooks 25 provided on front and rear side faces of the airbag module 4 are inserted in hook locking windows 26 formed at a positions corresponding to the front and rear fitting legs 19 in a loose fitting state, and hook-shaped ends 35 locked to lower edges on outer surface sides of the hook locking windows 26 are provided at the fore end of the hooks 25. A position regulating projection 41 which firmly interferes hook-shaped ends 35 of the hooks 25 and capable of regulating the longitudinal position of the airbag module 4 is provided on the outer surface side lower edge of the hook locking window 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
