<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus equipped with a color filter having high color reproducibility, a method for manufacturing the solid-state imaging apparatus and a camera. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter 306 of the solid-state imaging apparatus 102 has a structure such that a laminate is formed by layering only three layers constituted of two kinds of layers (first layers 404, 406 and second layer 405), which have the optical film thickness almost equal to 1/4 of a prescribed wavelength λ and are different in the refractive index, the formed laminate is interposed between the third layer 407 and the fourth layer 403, each of which is a spacer layer and the laminate interposed thus is further interposed between films (first layers 402, 408) having a thickness substantially equal to λ/4. Each of the first layers 402, 404, 406 and 408 is formed from a high refractive index material and the second layer 405 is formed from a low refractive index material. Each of the third layer 407 and the fourth layer 403 has an optical film thickness that corresponds to the light to be transmitted, and the physical film thickness of the overall color filter 306 is also made different corresponding to each of the light beams to be transmitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
