<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a conductive material for a sliding door in which the conductive material arranged between a vehicle body and the sliding door is not interfered with the vehicle body, and any step-on does not occur on the access side. <P>SOLUTION: In the fitting structure of the conductive material for the sliding door, a strip-shaped flat harness is used for the conductive material to be stretched between a vehicle body and the sliding door, and the flat harness is moved taking a turning locus of avoiding the access position when opening the sliding door and located on the side of a tire house in the fully opened position. A wide face of the flat harness is passed through from a side face of a supporting device fixed to the vehicle body side in the vertical direction, and held, and drawn out in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and the wide face of the flat harness is horizontally passed through from a lower side of the supporting device fixed to the sliding door side and held, and drawn out downwardly.
