PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera control system which is capable of photographing a plurality of subjects in a well-balanced manner by a plurality of cameras even in the case that the number of subjects existing in a place capable of being photographed is increased or reduced or the case that photographic sizes of subjects are not fixed. SOLUTION: Photographic objects suitable for obtaining a well-balanced video are determined by using several parameters out of parameters such as photographic sizes in the video of photographed subjects, a period of one photographing for one subject, and a total photographing period or a total frequency in the photographing of the camera control system, to calculate unitary indexes of points in an environment of photographing a plurality of subjects. Photographic points of subjects are shared among a plurality of camera control devices, whereby subjects existing in a place capable of being photographed are photographed in a well-balanced manner by a plurality of cameras.
