PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical powder adhesive capable of coating (transferring) by an electrographic system. SOLUTION: A cyclic polyolefin resin of 36.3 to 39.8 mass%, a cyclic polyolefin resin of 18.5 mass%, an alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin of 30 mass%, thermoplastic elastomer or polyolefin of≤10 mass%, a charge control agent of 1.2 mass% and a mold releasing agent of 4.0 mass% are mixed by a Henshel mixer. The mixture is kneaded at the maximum of 180°C by a biaxial continuous kneader, cooled, pulverized by a supersonic jet type pulverizer, cut into fine powder by a high precision classifier, so as to be classified into the powder with the mass average grain size of about 9μm, and is subjected to the external addition mixing treatment of particulate silica of 1 to 0.3 mass% and alumina particulates of 0.3 mass%, so as to obtain a powder adhesive.
