PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration and temperature measuring instrument capable of correcting an inclination of a probe by knowing the beginning of inclination in the probe during measurement, and capable of accurately measuring vibrations and a temperature. SOLUTION: A level 30 is visibly provided from the outside in the probe 1, in the vibration and temperature-measuring instrument of a measuring object with a vibration sensor 6 and a temperature sensor 4 built in the probe 1, with one end of a vibration detecting stylus 7 contact-pressed onto a measuring object of the vibration sensor 6 that is projected from the probe 1, with one end of a thermocouple 5 contact-pressed onto the object to be measured of the temperature sensor 4 projected from the probe 1; and with one end of the vibration detecting stylus 7 of the vibration sensor 6 and one end of the thermocouple 5 of the temperature sensor 4 contact-pressed onto the measuring object, to thereby measure the vibration and the temperature of the measuring object.
