PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusible plug hardly broken in operation, in relation to a fusible plug used for, for instance, a pressure vessel. SOLUTION: This fusible plug 5 is provided with a housing (5A), a movable body (5B) and a fusible body (5C). The fusible body (5C) is arranged in a state of contacting with the housing (5A), and fused at a predetermined temperature. The movable body (5B) is housed in a working space (5D) of the housing (5A). The movement of the movable body (5B) is regulated by the fusible body (5C) before the fusion of the fusible body (5C), and closes a communication passage (55) making the working space (5D) communicate with the inside of a gas facility. After the fusion of the fusible body (5C), the movable body (5B) can be moved by terminating the regulation by the fusible body (5C), opens the communication passage (55), and thereby gas in the gas facility is released to the outside. An impact relaxing part (54a) relaxing an impact in a collision of the movable body (5B) is arranged in at least either of the movable body (5B) and a part of the housing 5A with which it collides.
