Disclosed is a substrate for use in the culture of a cardiovascular tissue, which has a tubular shape and comprises a reinforcement material comprising a bioabsorbable material and a foam comprising a bioabsorbable material and reinforced with the reinforcement material, wherein the foam comprises a lactide (D,L or DL-form)-e-caprolactone copolymer having a lactide (D,L or DL-form) content of 50 to 54 mol% and an e-caprolactone content of 50 to 46 mol%, and wherein the reinforcement material is covered by the foam.
