<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming apparatus forming a dough sheet by various folding manners, without having to change the positions of the forming sheet and the dough sheet placed on a pallet. <P>SOLUTION: A square dough sheet is placed on a square forming mat, having a shape which is substantially equal to that of the dough sheet and fixed on a pallet, and is transferred intermittently. An inner material is placed on the center of the dough sheet. Four tongs lever driving mechanisms 20A to 20D are arranged under the pallet in the transfer direction; the tongs levers are successively protruded through the long holes of the pallet to bend the forming mat; and four corners of the dough sheet are successively folded so as to wrap the inner material with the dough sheet folded into four. Here, a prescribed position of the forming mat is pressed against a mat pressing mechanism 320, to set the mat width to the bending width of the forming mat which corresponds to the dough sheet folded into four. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
