<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel anion exchange electrolyte composition, to provide a solid electrolyte membrane using the anion exchange electrolyte composition, and to provide an anion exchange polymer electrolyte fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The anion exchange electrolyte composition containing tetra alkyl ammonium cation group is obtained by reaction of diphenol of a specific construction containing tetra-alkyl-ammonium-cation group with di- and tetra-epoxide of a specific construction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
