摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat exchanger for a fuel cell capable of surely cleaning residue flux adhered to a junction part, especially, of a tube with a seat plate, and capable of cleaning the residue flux in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises an assembly process of mounting a seat plate 17 on a laminated part alternately laminating tubes 11 and corrugated fins 12, and assembling a core part 19, a powder flux spraying process of spraying powder flux on the core part 19, a brazing process of brazing the core part 19 by heating, and a cleaning process of removing the residue flux adhered to the junction part by blowing pure water in high pressure onto a junction part 35 of the tube 11 and the seat plate 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
