<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor which realizes the reduction of the weight of bearings which each support a main motor output shaft and a sub motor output shaft which are vertically decentered and realizes the reduction of the thickness of a motor and efficiently lubricates the bearings. <P>SOLUTION: In the in-wheel motor 11, the sub motor output shaft 23 is decentered relative to the main motor output shaft 16, and the second gear 22 of the one end of the sub motor output shaft is engaged with the first gear 21 of the one end of the main motor output shaft 16, and a hub 24 is connected with the other end of the sub motor output shaft. The other end of the main motor output shaft 16 is supported by a first bearing 17 and the other end of the sub motor output shaft is supported by a second bearing 25. The in-wheel motor is provided with an inner ball row and an outer ball row which are sequentially arranged from the first and second gear sides, and the load application point of the inner ball row is set in the vicinity of the gear. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
