PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording disk and a disk device, reducing the amount of servo data recorded in the recording disk. SOLUTION: In a track 2 formed in a magnetic disk 1, a plurality of second servo areas 20 are arranged in a forward playback direction HR on the basis of a first servo data area 10, and this group is repeatedly disposed in the forward playback direction HR. In a second sector data part included in the second servo area 20, data indicating the deviation of the second servo data area 20 from the first servo data area 10 along the forward playback direction HR, and the amount of data is smaller than that of a first sector data part included in the first servo data area 10.
